Error when adding custom video

Hi, whenever I try to add custom video or url to video element /inside popup), I get this message: 

An error happened while trying to display this element
You canopen an issueorremove this element

 

I get this either on Safari or Chrome

  Thank you for contacting us.

  Unfortunately we could not reproduce the issue you have encountered. Could you please check if you have the latest Brizy Free and Pro 2.4.1  version ? Also, could you please temporary deactivate all external plugins (except Brizy Free and Brizy Pro) and check if the issue still persist?

  Can you try this? If you are not using one of the themes listed here, can you change your theme to Blocksy or another theme in this list and see if that helps? https://www.brizy.io/theme-partners
