Unable insert custom video to Popup

Hi,

1) anytime I want to insert link as URL or Custom to a popup, Brizy shows Error message (Error by showing the element or similar – I set Wordpress to different than English) and the only thing I can do is to remove the video element from popup.

2) although I can insert custom video (for example from Adilo) as code (inline or java script) into a popup and than trigger the video – there is a problem that video's sound won's stop playing after I close the popup (video) window.

any suggestions please?

PS – for playing videos I use CDNs, eitherr Adilo or  Swarmify smart video /that is for background videos or for playing back videos from WP MEdia Library.

  Thank you for contacting us.

  Unfortunately, I could not reproduce the issue you reported. Could you, please, check if you are using the latest versions of Brizy Free and Pro 2.4.1 ?  Could you please temporarily deactivate all external plugins (except Brizy Free and Pro) clear the browser and server cache and check it again? Do you still have this problem?
