Brizy form not working

Hello when testing my form on home page at www.tietheknotcroatia.com it just says email not send. Please help as soon as possible.

  Hi Irma,

  I filled the form on your website and I received this message. At the WordPress Dashboard under Brizy - Leads, please check if you have received a test lead from KC George. Is the issue with the form resolved or do you still need help?

  Hello I have a similar problem: I wanted to link my gmail but I keep receiving an error message, despite the fact the message eventually arrive in my inbox.

  What do I have to put in the Username / Password mandatory fields?

  Hi Michela,

  In the Username field, please add your Gmail address and in the Password filed, please add your Gmail password
