Clicing on Image Selector (to change or add an image) does nothing...

Hello,

Using Brizy Pro 2.4.1, when I insert an image object then click to select the image, nothing happens. It's also true if I add an existing block an d want to change the image.

  Hi Alban,

  This means that you have a software that is conflicting with Brizy in your WordPress environment. Here are few troubleshooting steps.

  1. Are you using a WordPress theme compatible with Brizy listed here? https://www.brizy.io/theme-partners
  2. Are you using PHP 7.4 or above and WordPress 5.9 or above? https://jmp.sh/2MRd96w    https://jmp.sh/Oe63wQY
  3. If you are using server side security, caching or other software, disable it one by one and see if the problem persists.
  4. Try deactivating your plugins one by one and see if the problem persists.

  If you are not able to identify the conflicting software, please let us know. We will need access to your WordPress Dashboard to troubleshoot this for you.

  Hi George,

  Seems ConvertBox was the culprit. That's annoying though, I use it quite extensively. Any chance to keep it working?

  Hi Alban,

  If you are using ConvertBox extensively, here is something you can consider. If you are developing a new website, please enable ConvertBox once you have completed the development process. If you are making minor changes to an existing website, consider deactivating ConvertBox for 10 minutes or so to make those changes and activate it again.

  Hopefully your website front end does not get affected by this conflict between Brizy and ConverBox.
