Cant edit main menu

Hi I'm using a template provided by you, i'm not able to edit the menu or get access to the appearance >>> Customise options in wordpress

I'm using the Practice template.

 

I have a pro subscription

  Hi there,

  I was using a Brizy starter template

  When I went to Wordpress back end
  I couldn’t get to the Menu options under appearance

  I was using the practice starter template
