I have Brizy Pro lifetime license - Brizy cloud does not recognize my license

Hi. I want to build a simple site in Brizy Cloud and use one of the layout templates.   Unfortunately, Brizy Cloud does not recognize my Lifetime Pro license status and tells me I need to buy a Pro license to use the layout. When I purchased the Pro Lifetime license, I understood I would get two years of Brizy Cloud Pro.

When I look at the status, I see what appears to be Brizy Cloud Pro elements. All the features for Brizy Cloud seem to be working fine.

I have no issues when signed into a WordPress site, as there is a place to add my Pro license. 

Am I missing a step while signing into Brizy Cloud Pro? I do not see a ticket system, customer service number, or email for help billling and license issues. All I see is this general forum.

  Hi Suzanne,

  Thank you for contacting us.

  You have purchased the Agency Plan for Brizy Worpress only and not for Brizy Cloud. So, in Brizy Cloud you have included only the Free options. If you need to have the Pro options for Brizy Cloud you should purchase a Brizy Cloud plan, for more information please see this link : https://www.brizy.io/pricing-cloud
