    Hi George,

I am using the Brizy Pro website builder. I’ve added you as an admin to the site. Let me know if you need anything else in order to troubleshoot. Thank you!

    Hi Cheryl,

Looks like you are hosting with Dreamhost. Can you check if you have enabled these security systems on your account? https://www.dreamhost.com/security/. Can you temporarily disable these systems and check if you are able to import the saved popups?

    1. Malware Remover
    2. Mod Security
    3. Lua-resty-waf Firewall

    Hi George,

What I do have installed, as part of the Dreampress installation is DreamShield malware, but I see no option to temporarily disable it other than cancelling the service. Before I reach out to their support to see if I can disable it, I just want to confirm that it is necessary. Below is a screenshot of what I’m seeing. It looks like the library is able to sync properly to my account, and it looks like most of the saved pop-ups have that green check mark, however, when I select any of them (any of the ones that have the green check), I get that error message displayed at the top. So I’m not really trying to import anything, I’m trying to use one of the ones already there.

    Thank you!

    Hi Cheryl

If it is difficult to temporarily turn off DreamShield Malware Remover, please leave it.

We see an error "The Server is unable to service your request due to maintenance downtime or capacity problems" when inspecting the page where you add a saved popup. https://jmp.sh/deKF8UM We have escalated this issue to our development team. Give us sometime to get back to you.

I'm very sorry for this issue; this was happening due to a bug with Brizy. We have fixed this bug at our end, and it will be available to you when we roll out our next Brizy and Brizy Pro updates. Thank you for your understanding and patience.

    Best regards, Nelea.
