How I will change the pro plan from agency to freelancer

  Hello Santo,

  Thank you for your message.

  It is not possible to downgrade from Agency to Freelancer. But you have a monthly subscription, the next payment date for the Agency package is tomorrow. I can cancel this monthly subscription and you will subscribe again, to the Freelancer package. Let me know how to proceed.

  Please cancel my subscription so that I can subscribe again. But I don't want to lose any projects that I am working on. Please let me know in advance if I will lose any projects.

  Hi,

  In order not to have any problems with your projects, please buy first the Freelancer plans, after this will process the refund for the Agency plan. Please send us the order id for the new plan and we will process the refund for the agency plan.
