Change email address issue

Hi, I have an issue changing the email address of my account, 

Now it is jose.bascon@foodgates.com and I'll like to change it to mine emma.legembre@foodgates.com

  Thank you for contacting us.

  You cannot change the email because an account with the same email already exists : (emma.legembre@foodgates.com)
