    Hi,

    Thank you for contacting us.

     Could you please temporarily deactivate all external plugins (except Brizy Free, and Brizy Pro ) and activate a WP default theme? Also, Let me know if it works, although I will create an issue in our internal channel.

    Yes, just tried and still no luck. If I deactivate brizy then I can load the default theme but with brizy activated nothing loads. (again just after upgrading today to 2.4.1)

    Hi Clyde

    What is your Brizy Pro version number? If you are using Brizy Pro 2.4.0 or below,  please download Brizy Pro 2.4.1 from your Brizy.io account, deactivate and delete Brizy Pro and reinstall it by going to Plugins - Add New - Upload Plugin

    Yes, as I said the issue is from when I updated to 2.4.1

    Everything was perfect before upgrading.

    Hi Clyde,

    Brizy Pro license is not getting added to your website hence even though Brizy Pro is installed it is not active.

    Looks like you are hosting with Dreamhost. Have you enabled these security systems on your account? https://www.dreamhost.com/security/  Can you temporarily disable the security systems and try to add the license again?

    I tried that but I still get this error
