Link in accordian

I am getting an error when I add a link to text in an accordion - is this possible?

  Thank you for contacting us.

  Do you have the latest Brizy versions - Free and Pro2.4.1 ? If you change the theme do you have the same problem? Do you have the same problem if you disable all external plugins?  May I know what your previous actions were on that page? Have you made any migrations recently?
