setting fixed button size

How do I make button sizes equal?

I want to create 2 buttons, they need to be the same size. The text inside won't be the same length.
The button sets its size from the text length. I couldn't figure out how to set a button to a specific size and add text inside.

 

I don't want the button to expand or shrink depending on the text length.

  Thank you for contacting us.

  The Buy button has 3 letters, the Repair button has 6 letters. In the Buy button, you should add the space plus 3 spaces. In this way, both buttons will have the same size.
