Built in Email Notification Not Working
Hi, I need some help. I've set up the built-in email notification, but it's not working properly. I set up in a way that it will forward to 4 emails once a submission is done. But somehow it forwarded to the first 2 emails only, the remaining 2 emails did not receive any email notification. I noticed something, the first 2 emails are team members. Do we need to get people to be in the team member then only they can get email notification?

Hi Dax,
I have just tested a Brizy Cloud form. I have received the form email notification in four different email addresses. You can receive notifications in 4 emails.
Please check these
- Check if the email addresses do not have spelling mistakes
- Check if the email notification is in the SPAM folder
If you have provided business email addresses and the email servers have very strict rules, sometimes Brizy Cloud emails can get rejected by your mail server. Most of the popular email services do not reject Brizy Cloud emails.

Thanks for looking into this, KC George. I've just checked the SPAM folder. You are right, the last 2 emails, the notification is in the SPAM folder. Interesting, same Gmail server, some goes to Inbox, some goes to SPAM folder.
Anyway, glad to know that I didn't do anything wrong. Thanks again for the help.0
