While we haven't been able to reproduce the issue you're experiencing, we want to do everything we can to help. Unfortunately, we can't provide a solution for an issue that we are unable to reproduce.
To better understand the issue, could you please try creating a simple project, even a single page, and provide a screencast?

Even if we don't get the same result, we just need to see what's happening on your screen.
We've found that this can often help us identify the root cause of the issue.
You can use loom.com to record a video from your browser.I am looking forward to your response.

Ok, I will try to record this, but loom is limited to 5 mins. How long would you like me to record preparing files window (as it can take forever)?

You can create a temporary project with just one page to help identify the problem more easily, this will make it quicker to export.
You may also use your smartphone to record a video and upload it to Google Drive.Best regards,

I have not managed to record when another project (after updates) is gone.

This is the final moment, when I lose projects, After closing dialog of preparation to download (I close it because nothing happens for 30mins), you can see for a brief moment, that project PIONIER SOLUTION 2 is there, bu then it refreshes and project is gone.

When clicking on the link I get the message, "This shared link has expired." and hence could not see your video recording.
To avoid this issue in the future, please make a copy of the project before attempting the HTML export by clicking on 'Duplicate' here.
We are working on restoring the project. Restoring a project takes a lot of time. We hope to complete it by tomorrow.

I have just wanted to reply to KC George, who suggested to Duplicate project prior to publishing it, that I do not have that option, when another ready to publish project vanished... please, restore it.
I enclose screenshot (with no duplicate option) and link to obviously broken project.

Unfortunately I get 'Project not configured' once I try to download files....
Again, I have had no Duplicate option. I do not get any warning, no confirmation, except that I wait for a long time for project to be prapaired for download. Then I already know, that the project is gone.
Please restore my project again and do smthng about it :( Please let me download my projects!

Nothing changed. I saw there is website, I clicked preview - it worked.Then tried to Duplicate, just in case - no duplicate option.Then clicked Publish and Download Now - after couple of seconds 'project not configured', project gone.0

Thank you for keeping in touch.
Upon checking, the website that you're trying to duplicate is an old project, possibly created before February 2021. Unfortunately, the duplicate option is not available for projects built before this date.
