Multiple Subscriptions

Hi,

I've noticed that I have multiple subscriptions to Brizy Cloud Studio. I understand one of them was included with the WP Lifetime purchase.

My question is, when that first one expires in July next year, will my projects continue to work as normal given that they are on the same account?

  Hi Roger,

  When your first Studio plan expires on 1st September, since you have the 2 year subscription to the studio plan till July 2023, you can continue to use Brizy Cloud as before. However, since we have discontinued the Studio plan, if you want to continue to publish new websites using custom domains after July 2023, you will need to purchase one of our current plans which do not offer unlimited custom domains.

  It was my understanding that because I paid $99 for the second subscription (Sep 1 2022), I am grandfathered in to the unlimited domains. That is the only reason I bought the second subscription. Is this not the case?

  Yes, you have locked the Studio package in September 2021 (let's name it as a second package)

  When the first Studio package will expire (the offer from the LifeTime deal), the second Studio package will be activated. Therefore, you will not need to purchase any additional plans.
