My video doesn't work if I add a cover

Good day. The play button does not start the video. I think other users have already reported this and created a ticket for them. Please help me.

  Hi,

  Thank you for contacting us.

  If you add a cover for the video, the video will not play automatically. If you need the video to play automatically in preview mode, then you shouldn't add the cover for the video item.

  Hi Judith,

  Can you try these

  1. Disable SiteGround Optimizer temporarily and check if the videos start playing.
  2. If you have added any external code through Code Snippets plugin, deactivate the plugin temporarily and check if the videos start playing

  I did test plugin by plugin, but nothing.
  
  There are computers that reproduce without problem, but later on the same pc, it takes the error.
  
  I cleared cookies and cache in browser. I cleared site cache.

  Hi,

  I have looked at your website. Brizy vidoes do not seem to play when SiteGround Security is enabled. If the SiteGround security is deactivated, the videos play. If you discuss this issue with SiteGround, may be they can suggest a security setting that you can relax to allow the videos to play. For now, I have deactivated it.

  Sorry, I checked and the videos still won't play even with the plugin disabled.
  As I said, sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't. If you reload the pages they stop working.

  Hi Judith,

  Can you please try this?

  1. Deactivate the plugin "Head, Footer and Post Injections"
  2. Install this plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/insert-headers-and-footers/ and copy paste the embed code into this plugin and check if videos would play well
