    Hi,

    Thank you for contacting us.

Can you confirm that you are using the latest Brizy Free 2.4.1 and Brizy Pro 2.4.1 version?  Could you please temporarily deactivate all external plugins (except Brizy Free, and Brizy Pro ) and activate a WP default theme? Also, Let me know if it works.

    Best regards, Nelea.

Yes, you are right. I had an older version. I uploaded the latest. Since then, Brizy is not loading in the frontend and whenever I try to edit a page with brizy, I got nothing but a looping loader.

    Thanks

    Hi László,

Can you please share your URL so that we can see the issue in the front end?

    Hi László,

Your website front end seems to load fine. This is how the page loaded at my end. https://jmp.sh/wg5YPXa

To help you with the looping loader issue when editing the page, we will need to take a look at your WordPress Dashboard. I will create a private ticket for you if you need this help. Please let me know.

    Hi George,

Only the main page is fine. Almost, as there are a few glitches on it.
However, the others still have the same issue. As far as I see I need to edit all of them with brizy and then the layout is coming back. So I start to go through all the pages to get back brizy layouts. As far as I see the loader is in the loop everywhere.

Thanks for the ticket, please create it.

    László

    Hi László,

You are right: your pages load slower than normal. I do see an error on the browser console when opening a page in edit mode. "Uncaught Reference Error: WP is not defined". https://jmp.sh/wb1g8fo This error is an indication of a plugin or a theme conflict. If you want me to investigate this error further, I would need administrative privilege

    Hi László,

If you disable Autoptimize, the console error I have mentioned above disappears. Then I see another error; 404 error with Rank Math. If I disable Rank Math, 404 error disappears. However, even with these two plugins disabled, the page does not open faster.

These errors may not be delaying the page load. Insufficient hosting resources could be another reason.
