how to get an upgrade

I bought the agency upgrade and would like to apply that purchase to the lifetime account - how do I upgrade to the 1499 lifetime?

  Hi,

  Thank you for contacting us.

  You cannot apply the Agency upgrade to the lifetime account.  Please purchase the Lifetime plan, then we will process the reimbursement for the upgrade of 299.  Or, we can process the refund, and then you will purchase the Lifetime plan. Please advise.
