    Thank you for contacting us.

    You cannot apply the Agency upgrade to the lifetime account.  Please purchase the Lifetime plan, then we will process the reimbursement for the upgrade of 299.  Or, we can process the refund, and then you will purchase the Lifetime plan. Please advise.
