"405 Method not allowed" when people want to subscribe to newsletter

To whom it may concern,

Some of my users (but not all) get this error message when they subscribe on my Brizy cloud site: 405 Method not allowed

Please advice how to proceed.

  Can you please share the URL of a page where you have your subscription form?

  Hi Niels,

  You had not setup Email Notification in your form; now we have added an email notification. Every time someone fills up the form, you will receive an email. If you need to modify the email address or any other setting, please do it in your form.  Here is the procedure.  https://support.brizy.io/hc/en-us/articles/360043383792-Email-Notification

   

  Please check if you receive the error "405 Method not allowed" from now onwards.
