background color not showing

hello

i want the background to be a specific color, but it's not showing.

how can i make the background color of this block the color i selected?

this is overlay, i dont want overlay, i want this block to be dark black as background color not grey.

  Thank you for contacting us.

  If you need to change the background color of the block you should go to the Setting block - change color, please see this video. Can you move the circle from the solid color to the dark color?
