Should I just use a different editor?

Brizy Pro 2.4.0 is not allowing my site to update. Not sure what is going on here, never used to have this problem. Tried deactivating all the plug ins and still nothing. Now, I am considering just switching editors since I can't contact brizy over the phone.

  Thank you for contacting us.

  Can you please delete the Brizy plugin and then reinstall it again? Delete Brizy PRO and reinstall it by going to Plugins- Add New - Upload Plugin Ask them to delete Brizy PRO and reinstall the latest version.  Let us know if all is working fine. Thank you!
