    Hi Jodi,

If you are unable to set Display Conditions, it could be due to theme incompatibility. These themes work well with Brizy. https://www.brizy.io/theme-partners. Are you using one of these themes?

Can you please share your URL?

    Hi Jodi,

Can you please write to EasyWP and tell them this?

I have a notification in my WordPress Dashboard and it says "The following extensions are required for Brizy plugins work properly: extension-fileinfo" Can you please install this PHP extension for my account?

Currently my PHP version is 7.2.34. Can you please upgrade to a version above 7.4?"

Once these two steps are completed, let us see if the problem persists.

    Hello,

I have made the update for the PHP to 8.1, and added the fileinfo extension.  I also uninstalled/reinstalled the Brizy plugins after I made the changes and I still get the same loading message.

    Hi Jodi,

The plugin Woo Title Limit has conflict with Brizy. We have deactivated the plugin and now the Brizy Templates are working.

If this is not an essential plugin, I would recommend not using it. The plugin does not come across popular and not frequently updated.
