Image scroll on hover?

Hi,

I want to create a scroll on hover effect for an image.
Like in the YouTube video link below I added the custom CSS code in my image element, but it doesn't work.

I know that she was adding the code in Elementor, but I'm sure its the same in Brizy?

  Unfortunately, we don't have this option in Brizy builder. Sorry, but we cannot check why the Elementor custom CSS is not working in Brizy builder, because this is custom work, also at the moment, our developers are very busy with other work in Brizy builder.
