NO LICENCE TAB to add my licence to get BRIZY PRO activated after installation

    On the website without the licence tab it tells me a new version is available. When I try to update it, it says 'Update failed: License Key Disabled'.

     

    How do I enable it?

    Hi,

    Thank you for contacting us.

    Please disable the White Label option from your dashboard, after this, the tab for the license will appear, then you can add the license.

    I have just gone into a 'WHITE LABEL' session.

    What do I do now?

    The Licence tab is still not visible so cannot add my licence in this session either.

    White label seems to be nothing to do with Licences but all about changing BRIZY to some other name I wish to use instead. Cannot find out what a WHITE LABEL is and what relationship it has to the Licence tab in the settings. 

    On another person's ticket about the same topic says something about going into your Network Manager using the provided link but when clicked it says OOPS you cannot use this page.

    We would like to check this problem from your dashboard. Could you please send us the WP credentials to this site? We have created a private ticket for this request. You will receive an email regarding this. Could you send us in that private message the WP credentials to this site?

    Also, please see this video, it will help to disconnect the White Label option min 5:30

    Hi,

    Please see this video : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cwgtzhZG6E0 , min 5.20-5.30, Click on the Reset button from your dashboard, then save, then log out from your Brizy account and log in.
