Installation of Brizy 2.4.0

I'm trying to install the update 2.4.0 and I keep getting the error message "Update failed: Empty License Key Submitted". I have a current license with Brizy that does not expire until December 2022. When I receive this message there is no option on how to enter the license key. How do I get this installed?. Thanks.

  Hi Brian,

  Please take a full backup of your website before updating to Brizy 2.4.0. Once you have taken a full backup, try this procedure to update. 

  1. Deactivate and delete Brizy Pro
  2. Update Brizy to 2.4.0
  3. Download Brizy PRO 2.4.0 from your Brizy.io account
  4. Install Brizy PRO by going to Plugins - Add New- Upload Plugin
