Plug in is saying I need to "Upgrade to pro" when I have an active pro plan

Hello,

I have a personal brizy pro plan that isn't due for another payment until August. However my pro elements aren't working on the website, and it says I need to upgrade to pro to utilize those elements. My pro subscription is still active! I am very confused.

Any help would be appreciated.
