my page does not load correctly it appears distorted

I have tried with different themes and the same thing appears to me the web page looks distorted and i just install Brizy pro, so i don't know if that could be the problem

  Could you please confirm that you are using the latest Brizy Pro version 2.4.0?  Also, could you please temporarily deactivate all external plugins (except Brizy Free, and Brizy Pro ) and check this issue again?

  Hi , yes I am using the newest version 2.4.0, I already removed the other plugins and the same problem is still there

  Hi,

  You should have the Brizy Free plugin and the Brizy Pro version activated. If you deactivate them your website will not work. Please activate the Brizy plugins.

  To tell the truth, when I deactivated the PRO version, the page returned to normal and when I activate it, the page stops working. but ok i will activate the pro version again.

  Hi,

  If you have in the WordPress dashboard - ,, Brizi deactivate,,- this means that the plunging it is activated and you can deactivate it.  If you have Brizy activate- this means that the plugin is not activated and the website will not work.
