Issue with the Section ID

I am trying to add website personalization with Hyperise to some of my pages but they are not working due to Hyperise support saying that the section ID in the HTML is a % which causes some issue. is there a way for this section ID to be changed?

  Hi David,

  If Hyperise snippet does not work with Brizy Cloud, it means that Brizy Cloud and Hyperise are not compatible with each other. Working out compatibility between two tools involves the development teams of both product companies working together and making a series of changes to their code and this process usually takes a few months. The section ID in the HTML has % may be just the tip of the iceberg.

  So on other pages that the Hyperise integration has worked but I am not sure why it is not working with these pages. Hyperise says that the issue is that section ID and I was hoping that if that can be fixed it would work.

  Hi David,

  They could be right. Section ID could be one issue; there could be 49 other incompatibility issues as well.

  What about checking out few Hyperise alternatives? https://sourceforge.net/software/product/Hyperise/alternatives
