Licence page not showing

Hi,

I have plugin Brizy Pro, but I don't see a license tab in the settings. I need to insert a new license number.

I tried deactivate and reactivate plugin, but nothing happened.

  Hello,

  Thank you for contacting us.

  Can you please check if you have the White Label option activated? If it is activated please disable it and check the box for license again.

  I managed to insert a new license, but unfortunately the error still persists.

  Hi,

  This error occurs if the user has a free Brizy plan and he used a pro element. In this case, the free user should upgrade the plan to Pro.

  Hi Miroslav,

  Can you please check if Brizy PRO is activated? If it is activated, check its version number. If the version number is less than 2.4.0, please delete Brizy Pro, download Brizy Pro 2.4.0 from your brizy.io account and reinstall it under Plugins - Add New- Upload Plugin

  Hi Miroslav,

  If you still do not see a license tab, it could be because of an incompatibility with Zita theme. Can you take a full back up of your website and try changing your theme from Zita to Blocksy or another theme from this list? https://www.brizy.io/theme-partners

  I'm afraid we don't understand each other. Everything worked until the upgrade to 2.40

  Then I discovered two problems.

  1, the license number field was not showing up
  2, even after inserting the license number I still don't have the PRO function

  1, problem solved. I've entered the license number

  2, still continues.... I can give access to the administration

   

  I use Zita theme on other sites and there is no problem.
