Brizy header not showing on wordpress

Hello!

The header from the website https://barbaracouto.exclamacaodesign.com/ is missing. I've already tried several themes but still have the same problem. It shows up when I'm editing. All the pluggins are up to date.

  Thank you for contacting us.

  Could you please check if you have the latest updates for Brizy Free 2.4.0 and Brizy Pro 2.4.0? When did you encounter this problem? How did you create the header and footer? Could you please deactivate all plugins (except Brizy free and pro) and activate a WP default theme? The problem can be in one plugin or in the theme.
