SSL/HTTPS

Hi,

I didn’t make any changes to my DNS settings (A record and CNAME are unchanged, and both green), but the SSL certificate disappeared. Can someone investigate this for the site I manage (https://www.faithfullyyoursatelier.com)?

  Hi Ian,

  I have checked your domain records. I can see three A Records associated with your domain. Third one could be the right A Record.

  

  Please check your "Publish On Your Own Domain" screen and make note of the A Record you see here. Then login to your domain control panel and delete the two A Records which are not mentioned here.
