HTTPS:// & Redirection Issue

I set up my domain more than 48 hours ago and it is reflected as working. I can access my domain via www.mydomain.com and https://www.mydomain.com. However, if I try to access my site via https://mydomain (without WWW) it says "Project was not found." I should be able to access my website via www.mydomain.com, https://www.mydomain.com, and https://mydomain.com. Please assist.

  Hi Stacey,

  When I check the URL https://lawfecta.com/ at my end, it seems to work fine and I do not see the error  "Project was not found". Please see this video. https://jmp.sh/txM5NJx

  Hi KC,

  My staff, clients and I have all had issues no matter what browser we use. If we go to the domain at https://lawfecta.com we cannot access it and it says project not found. Using www allows us to access the website. Please help.

  Hi Stacey,

  Do you still have this issue?  This does not look like a widespread issue. Can you try accessing https://lawfecta.com/ from an alternate Internet Service Provider (ISP)? For example,

  1. If you have been checking from your office computers, try accessing it on your mobile using mobile data.
  2. If you have an option to connect your laptop to a WiFi linked to an alternate ISP, please try that.
  3. Send the link to someone who is accessing internet using an alternate ISP and ask them to check
