Brizy PRO error with EDD to Amazon S3

    Hi Nelea,

    It's quite disheartening for me to see that you guys have refused to tackle this problem since I raised this issue 8 days ago. No update or feedback to me. You completely kept me in the dark. You requested for my WP credentials, screenshots and screencast on how to reproduce the error and I gave everything to you. But instead you guys were busy teaching me how to upload a picture to WP media library in your response to me on the 18th May 2022 as if that was the error I complained about. 

    Please listen now and listen good, go back to my email trail with you and view the screenshots and screencast in the attachments that I sent to you to reproduce this error, in case you're really interested . The problem is that Brizy PRO is causing error with my EDD upload to Amazon S3 from my WP backend or my accessing Amazon S3 library from my WP backend. But if I deactivate Brizy PRO, everything works fine and I can use EDD Amazon S3 upload or library. Make them work together please.

    However, keep me updated in case you decide to work on it or not and don't keep me in the dark. You've wasted my time this past 8 days without a positive feedback. Cheers

    I apologize for this experience with our customer team. Unfortunately, here in our forum desk, we don't see screenshots or any attachments, therefore, we had to ask about these details in order to understand where the issue is happening - in editor or frontend.
