Upgrade from Freelancer lifetime to Agency lifetime

Dear Brizy team,

I just wanted to ask if it is possible to upgrade from Freelancer lifetime to Agency Lifetime.

Right now if I go to "Payments" I cannot upgrade and it just displays "You didn't purchase Brizy Pro yet", even if I correctly see the subscription "Freelancer" with duration "Lifetime" under my dashboard.

  Thank you for contacting us.

  Unfortunately, in this case, you can not upgrade your plan to Agency lifetime because you have both the plan from our partners at promotion. So, you should refund your plan, then buy another one from Brizy.io.
