Not receiving email notfications from contact form
I have a contact form set on a page and added my email to receive notifications when the form is submitted. When testing the status when submitting the form states email has been sent. I check the leads area and I see it in there. However the email address in which I set to send notifications to never receives a notification. I have tried testing with different email addresses as well.

Hi Darrin,
Please try these
- Ensure that the email addresses have no spelling errors
- If you have added business email addresses, please add Gmail/yahoo email addresses along with it (with a comma in between)
- Please check the SPAM folder and if you find the form notification email in the SPAM, please click on "Report Not Spam" to let the email client know that those emails are genuine
If you still cannot make it work, please let us know. We will take a look at your WordPress Dashboard.

This is regarding Brizy cloud.

Sure; after trying the above three steps, if you still do not have success, we will take a look at your Brizy Cloud project.

I added 3 different email addresses with commas in between. No notifications on any of the 3

Hi Darrin,
When submitting a form on the shinybot.com domain, the email notifications are not coming. (When submitting a form on a brizy.site sub domain, emails are coming). The SMTP function may not be working well on this domain.
I am escalating this issue for our developers to check. We will get back to you once we hear from them. Until then please check the Leads section of your Brizy Cloud website.

Hello Darrin,
Natalia here, Brizy technical team.
The team is working on this issue. Unfortunatly, it is not the easiest task and we need more time to complete this fix. I will keep you informed about the results as soon as possible.
Thanks for your patience and for your understanding.

Hello,
I am having similar issues as Darrin has had above. The difference is emails are being sent to me, however, not to my clients' emails. Any solution to this?

Hi David,
Please try these.
- Confirm that the client email address does not have a spelling mistake.
- Ask the client to check the SPAM folder.
- If the emails are being sent to a business email address, try changing to a Gmail or another free email service and see if that helps.

Hi KC,
emails are correct and they checked their spam folders. The last step worked by using a yahoo account, as it has been with my business account email which I use with Google Workspace. Unfortunately they are using an email created through Godaddy. Have you had any other people with Godaddy accounts having difficulty with the form notifications also?

Hi David,
Yes; from other users and online forums, I have heard that GoDaddy does not allow you to use the PHP Mail, the default email sending feature in WordPress. I also heard that an SMTP service is not included with hosting plans by default and you need to buy it as an addon.
If the website is hosted with GoDaddy, I recommend you install an SMTP plugin and setup an external SMTP server to send out the form data.

Hello I am having the same exact issue with a client's website. Her domain is also from GoDaddy, but we are using her Gmail for the form.
I've tested it with different emails and still no notification or contact form request in any of the email accounts.
Here website is DoubetInteriors.com

Hi Coach Ryan,
Thank you for contacting us.
Please try adding a DMARC DNS record to your domain. You may need to reach out to your domain registrar, so they can help you set this up.
Gmail may be blocking incoming emails from your website due to failed DMARC authentication.
For more information, please refer to this link:
