When downscaling browser brizy is not working as it should

I made a website that I want to get up soon, for my website I have made a simple menu with a video background and added a logo. When I'm working in it and preview it everything is working fine. But when I downsize my browser, the site isn't updating and shows the video cutoff. How can I fix it?
