What device/browser do you use to test/simulate tablet and smartphone views

Hello,
Some weeks ago started to develop a web site using BRIZY PRO
but now I am customizing the responsive views for tablet and smartphones
however I had problems with the cache of the IPAD browser that takes long
time to recognize the changes I make so I have started to use this one
called https://www.lambdatest.com/lt-browser 

Have you used it? or can you recommend me any alternative?
