    Natalia is back here. I've sent you a private email regarding this issue. You need to add 3 CNAME records in your DNS list. The values of these records are added in my screenshot.

    Hello... I'm still having trouble adding users to website projects. I've added the three CNAME below so can you provide more insight as to how to resolve this issue?     Ok so I receive the email but the user account still has a pending status. 

    Here's the screenshot of the email confirmation:
    When I clicked on the Confirm E-MAIL button, it takes me to the page below:

     

     

     

    But I need to have access to this project below:
