Inviting A User isn't working

Hello.

I'm trying to add a client as an editor so they can update their website but the client never received the email invite.

I sent an invite to another email account that I own and I didn't receive the invite as well.

HELP... :)

  Hello Larry,

  Natalia is back here. I've sent you a private email regarding this issue. You need to add 3 CNAME records in your DNS list. The values of these records are added in my screenshot.
