Starter website templates

Hi I am wondering how I gain access to the starter websites. I saw a video that talked about this for WP (not cloud), yet I don't see an easy way to access them. If you could help me find where these whole-site starter templates are located, that would be amazing. Thanks.

  In the above video I see "optimized for WP Ultimo" for WaaS, what's the status of Brizy for WaaS, are you still selling WaaS as a separate license, or is that no big deal anymore?

  Regarding the WaaS license, we don't have this Plan anymore.
