Can't get embed code to work - Brizy won't update
I am trying to integrate Jotforms code using the embed element and can't get it to work - When I hit Update it just shows the buffering symbol forever, and I have to reload the page. I have already tried deactivating plugins.

Hi Jeniffer,
Looks like Jotform does not have compatibility issue with Brizy. Please see my test page here. https://homi.kctest.online/jotform/. I could also submit the form

If you are unable to make it work, we will need to take a look at your WordPress Dashboard to help you further.
If you need help with troubleshooting, please add me as a user to your WordPress Dashboard. My email: kc.george@brizy.io. Please enable the option "Send the new user an email about their account" as in this screenshot https://jmp.sh/tSRznJX
Once you have sent me an invitation, please let me know here.

Hi KC, I just sent the email. I have used jotforms with brizy in the past without issue, but for some reason it isn't working on this page. I am curious as to why. I appreciate your help!

Hi Jeniffer,
I logged into to your WordPress Dashboard. I tried pasting my jotform code into and the page and it started showing several errors. Hence the page could not be saved. Looks like the jotform code is conflicting with something else in your WordPress environment.
Looks like I do not have administrator rights and hence my view is limited and am unable to troubleshoot further. Can you please assign me the admin role?

Done!
Thanks for looking into this.

Hi, I am still having this issue, are you able to look into this?

Hi Jennifer,
Looks like I missed checking your website. I am sorry.
As soon as you paste a Jotform code, your page begins to have errors. Please see this screen recording. https://jmp.sh/HbQxIwb
I would like to change your theme from Suki to Blocksy and see if that helps. Can you please backup your website before I try it? If your hosting provider has a backup facility, please do a backup. If they do not have a backup facility, I will install a backup plugin and do a backup myself.

It is backed up, so please go ahead and try the new theme. Thank you.

Hi Jennifer,
I tried the Blocksy theme. That did not help. Disabling most plugins also did not help. This issue with Jotform code may not be related to the theme or plugins.
When I was testing the Jotform code, my IP address was blocked two times and I needed to verify that I am not a robot before my IP could be unblocked by the Firewall. Looks like you have a firewall enabled on your hosting account with https://www.h4y.us/. Can you login to your hosting account and look at all the security/ firewall/ malware protection systems enabled for your account?
Disable all systems temporarily and then try installing the Jotform code and check if that helps. Once you successfully install the code, then you can enable the security systems again.

I don't think that is it. I think it is some kind of glitch with Brizy. It appears I can embed one jotform embed on the site, but only one. Once I try to add another embed code elsewhere on the site, is when it freezes up and won't work. Can you please look into it further?

Hi Jennifer,
Can you confirm the results of the test I had mentioned above? Please login to your hosting account and disable all security/ firewall/ malware protection systems temporarily and check if you can install the Jotform code. Even it may not be the reason, can you please do it anyway?
Once we have the findings from your test, we will look at other possible causes.

My hosting provider said they are not allowed to turn off firewalls.

For some reason it is not allowing me to have two different jotforms on the same website, That is where I end up having the issue. It will only allow one embed code on the entire site.

Hi Jennifer,
Since Jotform has some compatibility issues with something in your WordPress environment, why not consider an alternate solution?
- Install a form builder plugin and setup your form using the plugin and use Brizy shortcode element to place its shortcode within a Brizy page. Here is a list to start with https://www.wpbeginner.com/plugins/5-best-contact-form-plugins-for-wordpress-compared/
- Use a Jotform alternative: There are several other online form builders that you can consider. Here is a list https://www.techradar.com/in/best/best-online-form-builder

I had the exact same issue. My hosting is using Immunify 360 and it looks like its preventing the code being added by default (with no option to turn it off).
A good workaround is to take the form link and add it to a button. So, go to your form in jotform, click "quick share" and copy the link and add it to a button in Brizy. The user is then redirected to the form.
You can then customise the "thank you" page in jotform to add a link back to your site once the user has submitted the form.
