    Hi

At the "Publish On Your Domain" screen can you check if you have your A Record and CNAME records setup correctly?

I don't have a cname. This is brizy's own name.

    Hi Jean -Pierre

Did you mean asso.brizy.site? (and not asso.brizy.org)

Please send me a Team Member request to kc.george@brizy.io and let me check what happens

    Hi

I am able to open the page, make a change and save it. (I added a space in the Hero section text) https://jmp.sh/8cOQ8vZ

Ok, so What should I tell him ? To nuke his account and register again? Because he cannot open the builder...

    Hi

    Here is one possible solution

    1. Create a new Gmail account for the client.
    2. Send a Team Member invitation to the Gmail account
    3. Accept the invitation and try to edit the page as a Team Member
    4. Pass on the Gmail credentials to him.

Thanks, but why couldn’t he use his own email? I feel not very confident asking him not to use his credentials for that

    Hi

The ideal solution is to troubleshoot the reason for his "400 Bad Request". We will need to go through a list like this and try the suggested solutions and see if we can fix it. https://kinsta.com/knowledgebase/400-bad-request/

This will require a Remote Access to his computer through a software like TeamViewer Do you know if he uses Windows or Mac computer?

Brizy expertise is not essential to fix this issue. Any computer service engineer who deals with hardware and operating systems can also troubleshoot this error for him.

I managed to use another email. And it works with the same network/computer. So the problem might be in your side… and I get server ups and down every ten minutes on masdelangeos.com. Any idea ?

    Hi Jean,

We are not sure why you are seeing Page Not Found error intermittently. This looks like a complex problem to troubleshoot. My recommendation would be to try recreating the page without using the translation feature. (The translation feature is not fully developed may not be stable)

I can do this for you if you like
