    Hi Steve

Images in your Category Archive page seems to have non existent paths. https://jmp.sh/BfRft1T and hence giving a 404 (File not found) error on your page.

Please try this and see if it helps. In your Category page,

    1. Click on any product image
    2. Click on the image icon (the first icon on the left)
    3. Click on the "Database" icon
    4. Select either "Original", "Large" or "Medium" size for the product image and see if that helps

Hello KC, this seems odd as it only seems to happen on the Brizy Templates. See this page on my site and you will see it loads fine, so what else could be the issue?

    https://incrediblecleaningcrew.com/products-category/bedding/blankets-throws/

These images load as expected but, pages using the templates do not. Please look into this and let me know how to proceed.

    Thank you.

    Hi Steve,

The link you have given above gave a "Page Not Found" error.

Could you try the suggestion I had given you in my earlier comment? Can you please let me know if that helped?

    Hey KC,

Not sure what happened but this link works

    https://incrediblecleaningcrew.com/product-category/bedding/blankets-throws/

There is no way to edit this page that I am having issues with. So, I am not sure where you are suggesting to try this......

I am using the Blocksy Theme with Brizy. It seems the Blocksy pages load just fine without any manipulation. Can we find the fix instead of a work around?

    Hi Steve,

The reason why the images are not displaying on your product archive page is because of non existent image paths. Please watch this video to take a closer look at the issue. https://jmp.sh/UOn3X9A

When your product images are linking to its real paths, the Product Archive pages will display its images correctly. To fix the image paths, please select the "Original", "Large" or "Medium" size for your product images.

You said "There is no way to edit this page that I am having issues with" You need to fix this in your Product Archive template. Here is the procedure. https://jmp.sh/SFPbYzj

    KC,

YES!! The image link was the issue. I now understand what you were asking me to do. Once I changed the image from "Custom" everything loaded as expected.

Thank you very much! Everything is working as expected now!

    Steve
