Recover password error, "Access Denied - Sucuri Website Firewall"

Hi, one of my collaborator needs to recover his password and whenever he do so, he gets this error in the screenshot: https://media.d.pr/9WHZhg

His IP address is: 182.48.65.28

Please Respond ASAP

  Hi James

  Try changing the password using a different internet connection (example create a mobile hotspot and access internet through that connection). Once the password is changed, hopefully he can continue to use his regular internet connection to sign in to Brizy Cloud
