hi

When I was adding a user there, the user was able to access the pro version.

But, now it's only a free version. What is meant to be using this page?

  Thank you for contacting us.

  The user was able to access the PRO version because it was a PRO user, but if it is a FREE user he cannot access a PRO version. The second user should have the PRO version too.
