Starter Template Error

I've encountered the following error while attempting to install the "Workspace" starter template to my website utilizing the "delete existing content" option.

 

"Something went wrong"

"Bad news, your starter template was not installed. Something went wrong and we couldn’t do it. Please contact us."

  Hi Jack,

  I tested importing the 'Workspace' starter template into a new WordPress installation. The import worked fine. Here is my test site. https://multisite.kctest.online/starter/  

  Please try it on a new WordPress installation and see if that helps. If you are not able to make it work, please let us know. We will need to take a look at your WordPress Dashboard to to help you fix this issue.
