Published Brizy Cloud website is not available (SSL problems)

A new website is today published on the domain: arca.no

The website was up until now published on a testdomain arca.digitecweb.no while working on the site. Now the website is published on the production domain: arca.no

 

The following has been done……

BRIZY

I’ve published the site to the correct domain: arca.no

Status in the publishing section in Brizy:

Connected to domain: arca.no
The connection status is: Green/OK

CNAME: lemon10544760.brizy.site

A-Reccord: 34.237.47.210

 

DOMAIN PROVIDER

I have changed the DNS settings on the domain at my domainprovider

www.arca.no     Is set to:  A-reccord:  34.237.47.210
arca.no                Is set to:  A-reccord:  34.237.47.210

 

Problem

When I try to access arca.no it says that the site does not provide a secure connection. Probably something wrong about the SSL.

  Hi Roger

  You said you have added these records

       www.arca.no      A-Reccord:    34.237.47.210
       arca.no               A-reccord:     34.237.47.210

  The second entry here is correct; but the first one is incorrect. For www, you should add a CNAME record instead of an A Record.

   

       www.arca.no      CNAME:    lemon10544760.brizy.site

  Once you add the CNAME record for www, please check if you see green for both A record and CNAME records in the Publish On Your Domain screen.

  CNAME is now added as you described.

  Both A Record and CNAME are green in Brizy, but still no contact with the website
