Cannot install Pro

I get this error message

 

The package could not be installed. The theme is missing the style.css stylesheet.

I have tried

brizy-pro-2.3.26

and 2.3.28

  Hi Andrew,

  These themes work well with Brizy. https://www.brizy.io/theme-partners. If you are not using one of these themes, can you try changing to Blocksy or another theme from this list and check if you still see the error?

  Thanks for that.

   

  I now have Blocksy installed and can see Starter templates but I can't see the agency and services templates that I just bought.

  Can you elaborate a bit more about the Agency and the Services templates that you just bought? 

  1. What is the exact name of the product you bought?  
  2. Where was it bought from? (AppSumo, Brizy.io, or another platform?)
  3. Any other info you can share.

  When you have installed Brizy Pro, you have access to both the Starter Templates as well as the premade designs layouts listed here https://www.brizy.io/all. You just need to look for it at the right place. Please see this video. https://jmp.sh/qMJa7pq
