    Hi Anne,

    When you fill up the form at support.brizy.io, your requests gets added to the Brizy forum support pipeline. As and when support staff reviews your request and answers, it becomes available in the public forum. During weekends, support is limited.

    Sometimes our users share confidential data through this forum. We look at each request, ensure there are no confidential details and only then we publish it.
