Upgrade my Brizy Cloud subscription

hi dear, 
I should upgrade my Brizy Cloud subscription, from personal to freelance for business purpose.

If I click on it (image below) the price is a normal fee, but I thought I had a discounted price (having already paid a subscription). Instead I find myself having to pay more than creating a new account and doing a "freelance" membership directly.
It seems absurd to me, do you think something can be done?

  Hi Flavio

  You should be able to get the upgrade price when you click on the "Upgrade Subscription" button. If you are not, it could be because of a bug in our systems. We will look into this get back to you in few days.

  Hi Flavio,

  We have looked at our pricing setup. I can confirm that you should be able to get an upgrade price. Please try it again. Incase if you are not getting the right upgrade price, please take a screenshot and share with us.
