Just FIY: it's not my first project... it is one of my projects. i've no idea what is the first one

Just need to put live my project. you can find more about my account using my email address that you should be able to see.

Yes, indeed there is an issue with your account. You have one custom domain published already and you should be allowed to publish 2 domains. I'm checking this issue with our team.
